Park Dimensions

OHR uses collected data to derive carefully chosen dimensions for every park. These dimensions describe how a park operates, and they decide which other parks appear in your comparison set.

How your park operates

Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAS reveal the performance of your park. Dimensions are the traits that describe how your park operates. They are the characteristics that make your park unique, and they are what OHR uses to find other parks that operate like you do.

OHR Dimensions

How they are derived

Park dimensions are derived from the records OHR reads from your property management system. Each dimension is derived from different records, and each one has a specific role in matching your park with others that operate like you do.

Dimensions move when your park does

We sync data from your property management system every day which means that your dimensions can change over time. Generally speaking, dimesnions are pretty stable, but if you add a new accommodation type, or change your operating season, your dimensions will automatically change to reflect that as we pull more data.
