Amenity Tier

Amenity tier is a measure of the variety and depth of a park's facilities and services. It is scored on a four-tier scale, from Essential to Premium, based on the number and quality of amenities available.

Adding an amenity. A new pool or pickleball court counts once it is confirmed, and your tier and comp set update from there.

Amenities that are not public. If it is not on your site, detection cannot find it. Anything missing can be added directly, which is why the confirmation step exists.

Scale is scored separately. Six excellent amenities at a small park can place it above a large park with the same list spread thin. Tier reflects the offering; scale is measured on its own.
