We build your Park Profile
Your Park Profile is the DNA of how your property actually operates. Once connected, we analyze your park's season, accommodation offerings, and other dimensions, and match your parks to others that operate like yours.
Access your benchmarks
Once your Park Profile is complete, your comp set is built and you receive access to the OHR platform. You can see how your park performs against the market, and you can use the insights to make better pricing and operational decisions.

Frequently asked questions
Which property management systems does OHR work with?
OHR is currently partnering with several PMS platforms. Verified integrations will be announced shortly. We are actively onboarding operators on all major platforms today.
What data does OHR read from my PMS?
OHR only pulls reservation and site-inventory records. These include the nights, revenue, and available sites needed to calculate occupancy, ADR, and RevPAS. Guest names, contact details, and payment information are not part of a benchmark and are never collected.
Can other operators see my park's numbers?
No, your metrics are only visible to you. OHR collects and averages benchmarks across hundreds of parks so that your performance is kept private. Only park names and dimensions are visible to other operators, so you can see who is in your comp set without revealing your own performance.
How is my comp set chosen?
Six park dimensions decide which parks are comparable to yours: location, market, scale, length of stay, seasonality, and amenities. You get a separate comp set for each accommodation type you sell.
Do I have to upload anything each month?
No. We pull data directly from your booking software. Once the connection is live, your operational data flows in daily and your benchmarks are updated automatically.
Who from my team should join the demo?
We recommend that the person that manages your PMS system is on the call, as well as anyone that will be using OHR to make pricing and operational decisions. The demo is a chance to ask questions and see how OHR can help you improve your park's data-driven decision making.
