Who we are

Information we collect
The table below summarizes the categories of information we collect and why.
| Category | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Demo requests | Email address, park name, PMS platform, and any notes you share with us | To respond to your inquiry and schedule a demo |
| Account information | Name, email address, organization, and role, managed through our authentication provider | To create and secure your account and control access within your organization |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, features used, and general browser and device information | To understand how our website and product are used and to improve them |
| Server logs | IP address, user agent, referring page, and the pages you request | To operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and product |
| Billing information | A billing identifier tied to your organization's account | To manage your subscription. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never stored by us |
Your park's operational data
If your park is on OHR, we connect to your property management system (PMS) to read the operational data behind your benchmarks: booking status and dates, site and accommodation category, and occupancy and revenue totals.
We do not collect your guests’ personal information. Property management systems typically hold guest names, contact details, and payment information, but our integration is built to read only the operational fields above — guest-level personal information is never pulled into OHR, at the point we connect to your PMS.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and product
- Build the benchmarks and comp sets our product is built around. Participating in OHR means your park’s aggregated, de-identified metrics are included in other operators’ comp sets, the same way it works with your own comp sets
- Respond to demo requests and other inquiries
- Secure our systems and investigate misuse
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterward for as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email privacy@ohrreport.com.
Security & storage location
Our website and product are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure located in the United States. Access to operator accounts and data is controlled through role-based permissions tied to your account.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information from within the product. For any other request about your information, including access or deletion, email privacy@ohrreport.com and we’ll respond directly.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the rights described below over the personal information we hold about you.
The categories of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months, the sources we collect it from, and the business purposes for collecting it are described in the “Information we collect” table and the “How we use information” section above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in the preceding 12 months or currently. We disclose personal information only to the service providers described in “How we share information” above, for the purposes described there.
Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we’ve collected about you
- Delete personal information we’ve collected from you
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you made a request
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no opt-out to exercise for those activities.
To submit a request, email privacy@ohrreport.com. We’ll ask you to verify your identity, generally by confirming details tied to your account, before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of that authorization. We aim to respond within 45 days of a verifiable request; if we reasonably need more time, we’ll notify you of a one-time 45-day extension.
Children's privacy
Our website and product are intended for business use by outdoor hospitality operators and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International users
OHR is based in the United States and our infrastructure is located there. If you use our website or product from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to registered users.
